Project no- RRE22221, G6726 Work under the proposed Contract shall be commenced upon receipt of signed Contract and shall be completed in a timely manner by July 31, 2023. New Construction of the ISU Extension Office in Spencer, Iowa. A hearing will be conducted on the proposed plans and specifications for the ISU Extension Office, located in Spencer, Iowa at a meeting the Board to be held in the ISU Extension Board Room,110 W 4th St, Spencer, Iowa 51301 at 4:00 P.M., on the 18th of July 2022, at which time and place any person may appear and file objections to the proposed plans, specifications and form of contract for the Project. Consideration of the Bids received, and the award of the Contract or other action may be made by the ISU Extension Office upon the proposals received in accordance with the law and the Contract Documents at its meeting to be held at 4:00 PM on August 22, 2022 at the ISU Extension Office or at such later time and date as may be fixed. The ISU Extension Office Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities that may be in the best interest of the Board.
