Description

Fire Alarm Pull Stations. Furnish and install addressable manual pull stations and programming of the FACP to complete a code-compliant system. All bids submitted in response to this QSP will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This contract is subject to the MA Prevailing Wage Rates and OSHA Certifications when applicable. LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this QSP or to accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities if it is in the best interest of the Agency.
