City Hall (Old) and Library Demolition

The Work of this contract involves the partial demolition of the City Hall (Old) building at 825 Ohio Avenue (a partial two-story building), approx. 7,700-SF (concrete and clay tile and brick structure with mostly wood frame roof) and the complete demolition of the existing Library Building (1 one-story building), approx. 10,200-SF (concrete pre-cast frame with concrete pre-cast slab roof) at 901 Ohio Ave. in Lynn Haven, Bay County, Florida. The areas identified to be demolished include, but are not limited to, capping existing utilities, and removal of above and below grade improvement. A new pond expansion area at Library site with turf by sodding also required. Additional detailed requirements are contained in the Bid Scope Documents.
