Work Consist of 1. performing asbestos abatement in building at (3) ceiling suspended unit heater exhaust flues to roof 2. Remove approx. 4,500 SF of low slope asphalt bur system 3. Replace deteriorated portions of decking and Eaves 4. Install approx. 4,500 SF of new cover boards and .090 MIL EPDM roofing system complete with specified warranties.
