Repair Exterior Maintenance Hangar 16 Building 3119

Building 3119 is an existing aircraft hangar with exterior composed of asbestos siding and translucent fiberglass panels' structure constructed in 1955 and the total exterior area proposed for renovation is 67,345 square feet. Project elements include, but are not limited to: site work; pavement; utilities; limited storm water management; building envelope improvements; AT/FP compliant windows, upward acting motorized fabric hangar door, personnel entry doors, interior patching and repair of walls and floors, wet pipe sprinkler system; limited HVAC power and telecommunication system; and exterior building mounted lighting. Project includes abatement of exterior corrugated asbestos containing wall panels and limited interior asbestos abatement of floor tiles, pipe elbow and duct mastic in areas affected by the work.
