Description

The project consists of: Existing Hug High campus is made up of 8 buildings. Demolition of 5 existing buildings (completed by WCSD) GMP-1: Sitework GMP-2: Remodel 3 existing buildings and construct 1 new building Q&D Construction has been selected as the public Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the WCSD Debbie Smith CTE Project (existing Hug High School campus). GMP-1 trades required are site railings, waterproofing, electrical (temp power system only), earthwork, soil nailing, site concrete, fencing and landscaping.
