Provide Labor and Materials: Selective Removal of Asbestos Containing Floor Tile and Mastic from Lower Level Gym Storage, Gym Office Stair Landing and 2nd Floor Corridor. All work shall be coordinated with Board authorized representatives, Managing Environmental Consultant and Building Engineer to complete during dates identified in Project Manual. All work shall be completed in two (2) work phases. Phase I - Winter Break - December 22, 2023 thru December 28, 2023 Phase II - Summer Break - July 1, 2024 thru July 8, 2024 If bid price is over $25,000, you MUST submit a bid bond at time of bid. If bid price is over $50,000, you MUST submit a payment and performance bond if awarded a project. If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid. The proposal shall be submitted with the attached Bid Cover Sheet completed in its entirety. Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. All work to be performed during normal working hours. If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement. If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid.
