| Description | This project is located at the Harvey Pre-school Restroom project, Santa Ana, CA. It will consist of modifying the new pre-school restroom area as follows: • New pre-k restroom addition in the (e) main building. • Alterations to (e) site and building elements for ADA compliance with path of travel requirements. • Convert existing storage room to new pre-school restroom. • The Contractor will be responsible for modifying the restroom walls, plumbing, doors, flooring, paint, T-bar ceiling, electrical, low-voltage data, fire sprinklers, HVAC. • The Contractor will be responsible for providing a complete turn-key finished product, including in all related DSA Approved plans #04-120885, contract documents and applicable California Code of Regulations. • ADA upgrades at existing restroom and parking lot area, see plans. • The contractor shall field verify all existing utilities and points of connection prior to bidding the project |
