Metal Utility Shed

The US Coast Guard ANT Colfax has a requirement to replace a metal utility shed, to include: 1.1 The Contractor shall remove all debris, materials pertaining to the remains of the old shed. Contractor shall sweep parking lot and area for any metal nails, screws or hardware that could be a hazard to personnel or equipment. Contractor shall use a rolling magnet to pick up any roofing screws or nails. 1.2 Installation of New Shed The Contractor shall install a replacement metal shed 26’L x 20’W x 13’H and anchor to the ground. The new shed shall be installed in same location as the old shed. Shed is to be insulated inside with a 12’W x 12’H Mechanical Roll up door and a walk-in door 36” x 80”. Contractor shall install the shed on the government’s property. The COR will provide guidance on the exact location for the shed and the limits of the government’s property.
