Description

In general the work consists of the removal of an existing parking lot, utilities, and two boat launches; constructing an expanded improved upper boat launch at Merrick State Park that includes additional truck / trailer parking stalls, replacing the boat ramp, replacing the pier, and shifting and replacing the adjacent park access drive to facilitate these improvements. Additional improvements will be performed as a separate task for limited improvements at the lower boat launch at Merrick State Park including replacement of the boat ramp and limted pavement replacement as necessary to construct the new boat ramp.
