| Description | This project comprises the complete demolition of five buildings known as buildings 262, 264, 265, 411, & 1038 and partial demolition of building 1230. The base bid will be for Building No. 1038 and for partial demolition of Building No. 1230; with approximately 33,500 S.F. in total, including the removal and abatement of hazardous materials described below. Alternate No. 1 for demolition of building Nos. 262, 264, 265, measuring approximately 10,200 S.F. in total including the removal and abatement of hazardous materials. Alternate No. 2 for this project comprises the demolition of building 411 measuring approximately 9,300 S.F. in total including the removal and abatement of hazardous materials. Bids will be entered on a lump sum basis together with certain alternates. |
