Description

Repair the pre-engineered Star building end wall damage. Remove and replace approximately (6) 3’x18’ painted steel vertical exterior wall panels. Color to match existing tan wall panels. Replace approximately 16’ of 8” bottom steel plate and drip edge. Anchor to concrete foundation. Repair 16’ of end wall girt if needed. Remove and replace (4) 3’x 8’ white interior wall panels. Replace bottom 3’ section of 5/8” red iron diagonal wall or wind brace from threaded coupling to bottom of vertical support column. Replace 4’ x 8’ of wall insulation. Inject epoxy into cracked foundation steel support column pier. Crack is approximately 18” in length. All fasteners and sealants to be included in materials listed above. Clean area and discard all debris.
