The bidders are asked to submit a set price per square foot for a 12-month contract with the City of Lincoln Park. You can separate the cost per property with and without basements, multiple floors, driveways, or garages alone. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided by the City of Lincoln Park. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and have written on the face of the envelope the bidder's name and the name of the project "Demolition of Structures". *The City of Lincoln Park reserves the right to waive any irregularity, accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept proposals that, in the City's opinion, are in the best interest of and to the advantage of the City of Lincoln Park. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the date of bid opening
