| Description | Providing trash removal and recycling services to the District 155 administration building and its four high schools all located within McHenry County, IL. All persons interested in bidding shall deliver, in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and provisions of said Board of Education, a sealed bid labeled "Bid for Trash Removal and Recycling Services for School District 155" to Community High School District 155, Attn: Operations Coordinator, 1 S. Virginia Road, Crystal Lake, Illinois, 60014 on any regular business day between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. prior to the bid opening. Bids shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, considering conformity with specifications, terms of delivery, and quality and serviceability, as determined by the Board. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive technicalities in the bidding procedure. Any such decision shall be considered final. |
