Remove 264 sf of pavement full depth of asphalt and base and 2’ of existing soils; Remove existing inlet -Site B Detail: Remove 552 sf of pavement full depth of asphalt and base -Site C Detail: Remove 757 sf of pavement full depth of asphalt and base; Remove existing inlet -Site D Detail: Remove 36 sf of pavement as needed to expose manhole top -Site E Detail: 15 lf of curb to be removed - Sheet C300 Sites A, B, C, D and E -Site A Detail: Replace and adjust manhole top; Restore pavement markings; replace 264 sf of asphalt; Reinstall suitable soils in 6” lifts to 98% compaction -Site B Detail: Install new Inlet #1; Replace 61sy LBR40 subgrade; Place 8” crushed concrete; Place 2” asphalt -Site C Detail: Remove and replace 31 lf 15” RCP; Restore pavement markings; Install new Inlet #2; Replace 84 sy LBR 40 subgrade; Place 8” crushed concrete; Place 2” asphalt -Site D Detail: Install new curb ramp per FDOT Index 522-002; Match existing sidewalk grade -Site E Detail: Replace 35 sf of asphalt; Raise manhole top to match existing grade. All bids to include all trucking/hauling, all base and subbase must be removed and replaced with new suitable materials are specified. Target Start Date: 6/8/2020
