RFP Engineering - Bowling Green Park

The anticipated total project budget for the Bowling Green Park -- Clean California Grant Project (including hard costs, soft costs, contingency, etc.) is anticipated to be approximately $1,127,313. Grant funding for this project must be expended by March 1, 2024, which means the construction of project improvements must be substantially completed including time for project closeout and final billing.ry Harkins, Landscape Architect, email is the preferred method of contact. The consultant will be responsible for meeting the District's goals of creating parks that are attractive and can accommodate active recreation. The task and services for this project cover all phases of the project and the consultant team will prepare contract documents, associated exhibits, technical specifications, and cost estimates for this project. Park improvements and renovations must comply with the requirements and criteria specified in the Clean California grant, California Building Code (latest edition), and Sacramento improvement and construction standards (latest edition). The following consultant services will be required for this project: civil engineering, electrical engineering, geotechnical engineering, and structural engineering. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring that their work is completed on schedule and within the project budget.
