Coral Gables Senior High School G.O. Bond Renovations

The project scope includes the following: • Site improvements including covered walk, re-striping existing parking lot, drainage, grading, replace fence, benches, civil modifications, demolition, and removals as needed to accommodate new work. • Fencing enclosure of existing site utilities • Selective demolition of walls, hard ceilings, ACT ceilings, floor and wall finishes, concrete masonry wall openings, exterior windows, interior and exterior doors and frames. • Replacement of selected exterior windows and doors • Replacement of selected flooring, drywall ceiling, acoustical ceiling, doors, and interior paint • Complete renovation and upgrades to washrooms. Includes new plumbing fixtures, modifications to existing domestic and sanitary water lines, water heaters, condensate piping and gas piping. • Replacement and upgrade of selected HVAC equipment, air handling units, condensers, roof top packaged units, exhaust fans, supply fan, ductwork, diffusers, electric duct heaters, VAV units and building automation controls. • Replacement and upgrade selected electrical systems, power distribution modifications and additions, circuiting to new mechanical equipment, light fixture and lighting control replacement, fire alarm system modifications and upgrade, access control upgrade, speaker system upgrade, gymnasium sound system upgrade, and CCTV upgrades.
