| Description | New Residence Hall and New Dining Hall Projects Prequalifying for Bid packages as listed at website URL address listed above. Project Description: This project consists of the new construction of a 20,300 SF Dining Hall and a 74,433 SF Residence Hall on the Elizabeth City State University Campus in Elizabeth City, NC. Dining Hall will be a 1-story, Pre-Engineered Metal Building Structure and Roof, with Storefront and Metal Panel Exterior. Residence Hall will be a 4-story, load bearing metal stud building with brick veneer cladding. Scope of work includes sitework, structure, building envelope, MEP, and interior finishes. Both buildings will be under construction simultaneously but shall be treated as separate projects. Currently, we are prequalifying contractors for all bid packages. |
