Description 1. Install new split system dedicated outdoor air equipment and associated low pressure insulated duct work and factory controls for Clerk of Court office area. 2. Install new electrical 225 amp 3 phase subpanel from new breaker in existing switch board. Install circuits for new dedicated outdoor air equipment from new 225 Amp subpanel. 3. Replace existing ceiling mount return air registers with filter grills and filters for selected existing fan coil units. Install specified air quality devices in existing fan coil units and air handling units as shown in construction documents. 4. Contractor to remove and lower the height of approximately 200 sq. ft. of lay-in ceiling. Provide required roof penetrations and protection in existing roof for new HVAC equipment as specified. 5. Owner to provide test and balance results and engineer site observations for contractor to make needed corrections to achieve specified performance of new and modified HVAC system.
