Description | This project will create a new work suite by closing off a portion of the 5th floor corridor and removing walls and ceilings from Room 507 and 511. New lighting, power, data, and finishes would be part of the construction the lab suite. Alternate No. 1 is to replace existing ceiling mounted cable trays to cable trays as specified in electrical drawings. Additionally, Alternate No. 2 is for accessibility renovations to be made to the 4th floor and 5th floor restrooms. Bid Documents by project name and number.
