| Description | The Contractor shall provide airflow Test and Balance (TAB) and Building Automation Control services for the Cheyenne VA Medical Center (the Facility) located at 2360 East Pershing Blvd., Cheyenne WY 82001 and airflow Test and Balance services for the Loveland CBOC located at 5200 Hahns Peak Dr., Loveland CO 80538. Services provided by the Contractor shall enable the Facility to achieve Joint Commission airflow compliance and assist in maintaining the Facility in proper operational condition. Approximately a fifth of the facility will be TABed each year so the entire facility shall be comprehensively tested at the end of the five years. Additionally, 48 spaces at the Cheyenne VAMC and 2 spaces at the Loveland CBOC will be tested and balanced on an annual basis and a separate “SPS TAB Report” will be provided to the facility. Monthly on-site controls support will be provided in addition to controls assistance on an emergency/ as needed basis |
