Remove ballast and haul to Community Services Building at 8820 Hwy 35/61/81 Lancaster, Wi. Remove pink insulation to remain the property of Grant County. Contractor to dispose of all insulation not useable to the county. Adhere 2 layers of 2.6” ISO to existing concrete roof deck with Insulation adhesive. Flash in all penetrations to make a water tight seal using EPDM flashing tape Hand wrap legs of mechanical screen with EPDM flashing tape Remove one piece of counter flashing metal along entire perimeter, install 90 Mil EPDM membrane, termination bar, fasteners, sealant, and new counter flashing metal. Install Firestone 90 Mil EPDM, following manufacture specs for a 30-year water tight warrantee. Contractor is responsible for any permits to temporary close street/ally. Contractor is responsible for any needed trash shoots Contractor is responsible for the disposal of all waste. Contractor to furnish to Grant County documentation of a 30-year water tight warrantee showing compliance with manufactures specs and contractors obligation.
