Description | There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. This project will modernize one existing overhead traction type freight elevator, that serves eleven stops, located at City Hall 101 West Third Street. The project will update the elevator including cab, hoistway equipment, installing latest code required safety features, machine room equipment, hoist machine and controls, and necessary HVAC and electrical upgrades to support the new elevator and to meet current code requirements.
