Description | Invitation for bid for the fabrication of route markers and guide signs as specified herein. Bidders shall review all attached documents for drawings and complete specifications. All bidders must acknowledge all items on attached Test Item Bid Requirements Note - Price(s) bid must be include any costs necessary to complete this task, including but not limited to: Labor, Machinery, Fuel, Hardware, Supplies. Best Value - In addition to low price, agency will consider best value, which includes the following: *quality, availability, and adaptability of materials, supplies, or equipment required *scope of conditions attached to bid *ability, capacity and skill of bidder *prompt service, goods delivered within time allowed *character, responsibility, reputation, and experience of bidder *quality of performance of previous service *financial stability *ability to provide future maintenance, repair parts, and service 2. Delivery Time- Length of delivery time may be a factor in the award of the bid. Bidders must give estimated delivery time. 3. Certificate of Insurance, in accordance with the attached Insurance Requirements, must be provided prior to any work being performed at any Texas A&M University System location. 4. References - Vendor will be required to provide three (3) references where jobs of similar size and scope have been completed. 5. T&C's- As a vendor responding to this invitation upon submission of your response, regardless of the format of your submission, you and the entity you represent are agreeing to the terms and conditions presented here as well as the attached Agency Terms and Conditions. 6. Warranty- All items specified within this document must be warranted against defective materials, workmanship and failures for a minimum of twelve (12) months after delivery and acceptance. Warranty includes all parts and labor. 7. Export Control- Vendor must notify Texas A&M if any products are export controlled. Items not indicated as such shall be considered and treated as non-controlled items. 8. Payment Terms are to be Net 30. |
