| Description | Providing professional engineering construction management services from qualified firms to assist the City of New Rochelle in a managing the Downtown Sewer Enhancement Project (Phase 1 B) that involves resident engineer, office engineer/community liaison and inspection. Portions of the existing sanitary sewer system will need to be replaced and upgraded. Approximately 2000 linear feet of 18” DIP, 200 linear feet of 14” DIP, 465 linear feet of 10” DIP and 12 manholes will be installed in the same alignment and grade as the existing system. All work will require careful coordination with the existing underground utilities, business owners, pedestrian and vehicle traffic. | ||||
