Description | The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Construction Equipment Services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Naugatuck River Basin in Connecticut to include the following locations: Black Rock Lake, Northfield Brook Lake and Thomaston Dam in Thomaston, CT Colebrook River Lake in Colebrook, CT Goshen Radio Tower in Goshen, CT Hancock Brook Lake in Plymouth, CT Hop Brook Lake in Middlebury, CT Stamford Hurricane Barrier in Stamford, CT Naugatuck River Basin Office in Middlebury, CT THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide an indefinite quantity of Construction Equipment Services in the Naugatuck River Basin. The intent of this BPA is to provide the government with a cost-effective rapid response way to maintain the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facilities. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. Interested vendors are notified that the Government's intent is to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about June 24, 2022. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
