The work envisioned for this project will include construction of a new two-lane I-390 Southbound flyover over the main interchange;completion of Lyell Avenue improvements west of I-390 to Howard Avenue; replacement of the Buffalo Road (Route 33) bridge over I-390; rehabilitation of pavement on Routes I-390 and I-490 within the project limits; and, the installation of noise walls.
