| Description | The Village of Pinecrest is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms for the construction of an equipment yard at Flagler Grove Park, which includes electrical work, concrete pouring, stucco finish, door installation. The work consists of: furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and any other appurtenances necessary for the completion of this project as shown on the drawings, as included in the plan list. The Village of Pinecrest reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest, most responsive, responsible bidder, as determined by the Village Council, subject to the right of the Village to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in the bids or bidding procedure, and subject also to the right of the Village to award bid and contract to bidders other than the low bidder.
