| Description | **As of January 19, 2023, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The Irvington Housing Authority (IHA) is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to render services to repair roof. Clean roof, re-fasten any loose membrane where it is attached to walls, refasten any loose membrane seams and then apply reflective roof coating, silicone coating in accordance with manufacturers instructions. Contractor will lift all before the application of the product. The Contractor will lift all conduit and pipe brackets and apply sealant underneath and then reposition the brackets. The seal coating will prevent the intrusion of any additional water through the roof once it is applied. The Housing Authority reserves the right tot reject any or all proposals. |
