McKay Road Drainage Project

The project includes the Project includes replacing existing culvert, reconstruct roadway, repair erosion and regrade channel at entrance and exit of culvert. The Contract Time will be Ninety (90) consecutive calendar days, and the liquidated damages will be $200 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. State law requires a non-resident bidder to attach/include a copy of his resident states current law pertaining to such states treatment of non-resident contractors with their bid. Any bid submitted by a non-resident contractor which does not include the non-resident contractors current state law shall be rejected and not considered for award. The City of Magnolia reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in the bidding and to reject any and all bids. Bids for this work will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom the Contract Documents and Addenda, if any, have been issued by the Engineer. Bids received by bidders to whom the Contract Documents were not issued by the Engineer will be returned unopened. Bids will be considered by the City of Magnolia at or before the next regular meeting thereof to be held within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of bids.

Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
