Code Enforcement Division - Remodeling

Code Enforcement Remodeling scope of work is generally focused on remodeling their offices and includes the following elements: 1. Demolition Works 2. Architectural Works and Finishes 3. Electrical Works (Power, lighting fixtures, signs and other as specified in the plans. 4. Mechanical Works (HVAC, Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Systems) 5. Communications (IT) (Phones, data, and internet) 6. Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary to construct the build-out of the Code Enforcement Office Remodeling 7. Work includes but is not limited to; building permitting and building interior buildout. 8. Bidders shall be able to perform a turn-key project in accordance with the design consultant’s construction plans as provided herein. 9. Bidders should provide a breakdown of their lump sum price (schedule of values) with all major construction division, profit, and overhead with their submittal, or must provide within three business days upon request.

Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
