Description | As of December 18, 2023, the project has been awarded and construction is expected to commence prior to the end of 2023, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The engineer’s estimate for this project is $500,000. The project work is generally described as: a) Installation of two (2) 60-diameter precast concrete Cleanout Access Structures for a 20 O.D. HDPE force main. b) Installation of eight (8) 60-diameter precast concrete CCTV Inspection Access Structures on a 20 O.D. HDPE force main. c) Bypass pumping, pipeline pigging, potholing, traffic control, and other ancillary components as necessary. 6. All the project work shall be completed in accordance with the bid packages on file at the District. Complete bid packages may be obtained at the Engineering Department, Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District, 101 Lucas Valley Road, Suite 300, San Rafael, California 94903. There will be a fifty dollar ($50) non-refundable charge for each bid package. Checks and money orders must be made payable to the Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District. Requests for information on receiving bid packages should be directed to the District Offices at (415) 472-1734. Bid packages will be mailed upon request and receipt of the non-refundable charge and the bidders UPS or FedEx account number. The Contractor shall remove equipment, piping,and concrete work as necessary for theconstruction of work as shown on the plans and as specified. All materials removed not claimedby the District shall be disposed of at a legal disposal sit Cleaning and disposal shall comply with local ordinances and pollution controllaws. Do not burn or bury rubbish or waste materials on the project site. Do notdispose of volatile wastes such as mineral spirits, oil, chemicals, or paint thinnerin storm or sanitary drains. Disposal of wastes into streamsor waterways isprohibited. Provide acceptable containers for collection and disposal of wastematerials, debris, and rubbis The Engineer'sestimateis $500,000. |
