Bids for the construction of metal maintenance building with concrete slab on lot located next to Fire Department on Front Street in Groveton, Texas. Prep and pour a 40' x 50' concrete slab with bathroom rough in and build a metal building that is 40' x 50' with 14' high walls adding a loft that measures 40' x 15'. The building will also include two 12' x12' roll-up doors and one entry door.
