Existing 4,055 square foot building, single sloped metal roof, block walls three exterior walls with brick veneer front wall. Demolition to include removing existing sloped facade, removing vinyl composition tile and base, removing interior partitions and removing perimeter wall gypsum board and furring, removing acoustical ceiling tile, grid, lights and hvac diffusers. New Construction to include but is not limited to densifying and polishing the existing concrete floor, wood stud interior and exterior wall framing. Brick veneer with an alternate for stucco system on the front elevation. New aluminum and hollow metal windows. Solid core wood and insulated metal doors and frames. New interior finishes, carpet, painting, casework, acoustical ceiling tile, insulation, new plumbing, hvac and electrical systems and equipment
