KSC Owl Athletic Complex - Artificial Turf Replacement

**As of May 6, 2020.This project has been cancelled and will be rebid later this year. The University System of New Hampshire representing Keene State College (KSC) Physical Plant Department, is requesting bids for the replacement of the artificial turf at the Owl Athletic Complex. Deadline for written questions 03/26/2020 at 12:00 p.m Intent: Work of this project includes environmental protection, selective demolition, new construction, and alteration and patching of existing construction. All work is expected to meet standards of quality of new work and all applicable codes and regulations. The Owner expects standards of workmanship for finish work to match new construction in appearance and performance. Work not meeting accepted levels of quality for the trade involved will be rejected and shall be corrected and or otherwise remedied as approved by the Engineer. In this specification, where particular concern for final appearance is warranted, specific procedures or samples are called for. Samples will be approved by theEngineer/Architect and Owner and will serve as a basis for judging subsequent completed work. The Contractor will notify the Owner if any hazardous substances are encountered during the execution of the work.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
