Description

REBID The project shall include interior renovation of over 60,000 sq ft of historic building at 240 Parsons Ave. The majority of the work will take place on the 3rd and 4th floors, with associated work to take place throughout the building. HVAC Plumbing and Electrical will be upgraded throughout as well as other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. This project includes a full interior renovation its original late 1870's Building material and systems to be renovated to office and conference room space. This projects, include selective demolition, architectural, technology & security systems, elevators, structural remediation, remediation of historical architecture, and FFE. This project also includes MEP systems which includes but limited to Chiller, DOAS, FCU, FA, Fire suppression, new electrical feed upgrades, pumps, water heater, etc. This is a 16 month construction project in an occupied Building of floors 1 and 2. 1.2 . See the IFB for instructions as to how to submit questions. The last day to submit questions is October 31, 2022 at 1 P.M. MBE/WBE goal established for this project is 25 %.
