| Description | Furnish and deliver one (1) heavy duty, 4WD, articulating, oscillating rubber tired, diesel powered sidewalk tractor, FOB Destination to the Fleet Maintenance Facility, 481 Maine Avenue, Bangor, Maine. The unit will be used for plowing and snow blowing sidewalks, and summer work. Specification : 1. Current year or unsold previous year model, Trackless Series MT7 or Holder C9700 H or equal alternate that meets or exceeds the specifications. 2. A four wheel drive articulating, oscillating, rubber tired, diesel powered multipurpose tractor, and designed for year round work and to utilize various attachments. 3. Tractor shall be no wider than 50 1/2" (1.3m), including fenders and no higher than 80" to top of roof. 4. Engine shall be a water cooled diesel with at least 74 hp @ 2,500 rpm and producing torque of 224 lbs-ft @ 1,600 rpm. 5. Tractor shall have sufficient hydraulic capability to power manufacturers own hydraulically driven angle sweeper, cold planer, 14' wide rotary mower, etc. 6. Tractor shall have a mechanically driven front PTO (power take-off). | ||
