Description

Restoration and cleaning service for Thompson Guard Station. Contractor shall complete the remaining wall demolition (60 percent of total wall area), clean the entire interior, treat with an anti-microbial agent against hantavirus, apply mold/mildew stain remover to the walls, deodorize the interior, clean the interior, remove all debris to appropriate waste facility. Thompson GS is located in the Big Belt Mountain Range on the Townsend Ranger District in Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest. The cabin is a rustic rental cabin for the public. There is no electricity or running water at the site. The cabin is a one-level structure approximately 43 feet x 21 feet in size with walls of 8-foot height, with three common rooms, an entrance room and one small storage room.
