Description | Project Overview The Chippewa Cree Tribe is requesting bids from interested individuals/ companies/ firms to build an 8ft privacy fence around the back and sides of the Commodity Warehouse for the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservation. The contract will be awarded to interested individuals/ companies/ firms that can meet the scope of work set forth by the CCT. The scope of work will include but is not limited to: building an 8ft privacy fence around the back and sides of Commodity Warehouse, fence will need to be made of 1" x 6" x 8' boards and the completed fence must be painted and weatherized. The contractor shall paint an additional ten 1" x 6" x 8' boards for FDPIR to keep as potential replacement boards. Corner set posts, End-of-Span posts, AND set posts that attach to any gate will be treated 6" x 6" and at least three feet into the ground with cement to be at least four inches thick all the way around the base of the post. Each set post will be a maximum of 8 feet apart. The entire fence will have three rails to hold up the 1" x 6" boards. Each rail will be a 2" x 6" board. The bottom rail will be no less than one foot from the bottom of the 1" x 6" privacy boards and no greater than one and a half feet. The top rail will be no less than one foot from the top of the 1" x 6" privacy boards and no greater than one and a half feet. The selected individual/ company/ firm must provide for the strength of each gate and the support for their gate in their proposal. Each gate can be identical to the privacy fence in looks or can be another style of gate. The six-foot gates do not have to be single swing. The Chippewa Cree Tribe reserves the right to negotiate final contractual terms and project specifications with the successful respondent. TERO Fees included. Business License and TERO Fees - the firm must work with the CCT TERO regarding business licensing and TERO fees. |
