Description Project includes the installation of approximately 25,500 square feet of new standing seam metal roofing. The work is on the West Administration Building (~15,500 sf) and the West Food Service Building (~10,000 sf). The typical work will be removal of the existing corrugated metal panel roof (including all metal flashings), the removal of the existing Celotex Board and the installation of new wood sheeting, and the installation of new underlayment and standing seam metal panels, including all associated flashings. The reroofing project work shall also include some limited wood truss and wood framing modifications.
