Description

Construct and install two (2) Rectangular Hip Shelters, measuring 24’ x 44’, 4:12 roof slope, 8’ eave height, 24 gage multi rib metal roof, ribs at 12’ centers, powdercoated metal. Anchor bolts and templates and all necessary hardware and materials needed to construct and install the shelters shall be included. Provide and install a concrete pad for each 24’ x 44’ picnic shelter according to the manufacture’s required specifications and guidelines. All necessary materials and supplies needed to install the concrete pads for the picnic shelters shall be included. Grading for the picnic shelters and concrete pads will be completed by the general contractor selected for the City Park project.
