Description

In preparation for the upcoming winter season, the Town of Stoughton will begin the solicitation for on-call snow plowing contractors. In order to keep the contractors informed, the Procurement Department has put together this tentative schedule of proceedings in regards to significant dates. As in the past winter seasons, the number of the pieces of equipment contracted will be determined by the Department of Public Works Superintendent. These services are on call and as needed under the direction of the DPW Superintendent. Equipment needed is solely based on the needs to supplement the Town's equipment. In cases of emergency conditions, the Town may add on additional pieces of equipment to be used.
