Campus Milling and Paving

Question's will be accepted from interested bidders through Friday, May 26, 2023 at 3:00 PM via email at case8736@plattsburgh.edu. Questions received after that time will not be answered. Answers to those questions will be provided and uploaded to this advertisement by Wednesday, May 31, 2023. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law and its requirements. Effective immediately this procurement is in a "Restricted Period". This restricted period will be in effect until an award for this procurement has been fully executed. There will be no contact regarding this procurement with anyone other than case8736@plattsburgh.edu. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed above and below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms. In addition the contractor will be required to complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, and Public Officers Law.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
