Ada County Landfill Diversion Services - Fibrous Materials Processing

The undersigned, having familiarized itself with the local conditions affecting the cost of the work, and with all criteria included within or referenced by RFP 23026 Ada County Landfill Diversion Services, including the Instructions to Proposers, Proposal Response Cover Sheet, and any addenda and exhibits issued and attached thereto ("RFP 23026"), on file in the office of Ada County Procurement located at 200 W. Front Street, Boise, Idaho 83702, does hereby propose to perform everything required to be performed, and furnish all the labor, materials, equipment, coordination, testing, all necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services necessary to provide/perform, in a professional manner, the products/services required by RFP 23026, for the amount(s) provided online as part of the Bonfire proposal submittal process. Ada County ("County") is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate fibrous materials landfill diversion services at the Ada County Landfill. Ada County's goal is to promote the use of various fibrous materials such as wood waste, compost, dirt, leaves and digestion delivered to its Landfill as a resource rather than as a waste product, and to decrease its current costs for wood waste and other fibrous materials processing. All processing will occur at the Landfill. Contractor will also determine the method of removal of the fibrous material, subject to approval by County.
