Amendment 0001 is issued for questions and answers The Federal Aviation Administration, Enroute Construction Group, Boston Office, AAQ-540 has a new construction requirement to furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to replace 5 split A/C units. The successful Contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of the replacement of the HVAC units in the Annex Building at the Miami ARTCC, Miami, FL. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. This procurement is set aside exclusively for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Companies in accordance with AMS Clause 3.6.1-12 NOTICE OF SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (OCT 2019) The price range for this procurement is $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. A site visit has been scheduled Tuesday July 26, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., Due to security requirements all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver's license) to gain access to the site.
