2023 Parking Lot Improvements - Municipal Liquor Store

The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: Parking Lot Improvements at the Municipal Liquor Store to include removal of the existing parking lot bituminous pavement, grading of the aggregate base, concrete pavement, driveway and walk construction, pavement markings, and turf restoration. Common Excavation 850 CY 6" Concrete Pavement 2,500 SY Aggregate Base CL 5 850 TON Pavement Marking 1,250 LF 6" PVC Pipe Sewer 175 LF Seeding, Commercial Turf 200 SY Concrete Curb & Gutter 50 LF together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification.
