| Description | Roof Replacement: 1. Remove the existing shingles from the roof of the Development Authority/Chamber building and replace with the Timber Line Life Time High Definition Shingle in Barkwood color selection provided. 2. Prior to replacing the felt and shingles, owner must inspect the roof sheeting. Contractor should include replacement of at least 10 sheets of roofing plywood in bid. Once roof has been inspected and any sheeting replaced, the contractor will install 30 lb. felt over the sheeting. Membrane peel and stick shall be placed in all roof valleys. 3. Contractor will place specified shingles on roof and install flashing in all areas needed such as around chimneys etc. Storm Window Installation: 1. Install thirty-eight (38) storm windows over the existing building windows. All storm windows shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer specification. 2. The price should also include repairing at least one window frame on the back of the building on the second story prior to installing storm windows. |
