Air-Conditioning and Heating Units Installations

The Project work includes: High School Gym will require: Demolition of 4 existing unit heaters and roof repair; supply and installation of two (2)18 ton RTUs (with hail guard, curbs, smoke detectors, barometric relief hoods, and propane kits), supply and replacement of air ductwork including double wall spiral pipe, line voltage wiring (100-amp 3 phase service for each unit, GFCI service receptacles with disconnects) new concrete pad, drain lines, gas lines, low voltage wiring and thermostats. High School Gym Entry will require: supply and installation of two (2)3.5 ton air-conditioners with matching evaporator coils, necessary ductwork, flue pipe, refrigerant and drain lines, low and line voltage wiring; connection of new equipment to existing furnaces. High School Lower Hallway will require: Supply and installation of one (1) new supply air lead and a fresh air damper, or one (1) 2-ton mini-split heat pump unit including tubing line, drain line, stand, and electrical.
