Hart Park Pickleball and Fitness Circuit - City of Orange

Per the owner, as of September 19, 2023, an award has been made for this solicitation. The owner has previously stated that they expect to go out to public bid for construction in early spring 2024. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ------------------- The City of Orange, a Municipal Corporation, is requesting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide architectural and engineering services for preparation of design and construction documents for the Hart Park Pickleball and Fitness Circuit project. Services requested include, but are not limited to all necessary architectural, landscape architectural and engineering services for the development and preparation of conceptual plans, design schemes, project budget, environmental documentation and related studies as necessary, construction plans, technical specifications, and schedule/timeline.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
