Construction Services for Inspection of Water Well No 23

The San Jacinto River Authority has identified the need for a Contractor to provide professional construction services for Inspection of Water Well No. 23 project. The Contractor shall furnish all required labor, materials, supplies and travel required in connect with the project. The SJRA expects that the project staff will include individuals with expertise in project construction, including reviewing detailed plans and specifications for the Inspection of Water Well No. 23 project, maneuvering through an environmentally sensitive area within an urbanized community. Work of the contractor is pulling the well, allowing for Owner inspection of the well components, TV inspection of well, and Contractor inspection at Contractor’s facility of components permitted for removal from site by Owner.

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Water Utility Pumping Stations, Wells.
Division 44 -	Pollution and Waste Control Equipment, Water Pollution Control Equipment.
